To introduce a new PNK Group industrial property to the Virginia market, my manager and I led the planning and execution of a groundbreaking ceremony, bringing together local brokers, economic development stakeholders, and media for a high-impact event to establish presence and drive awareness.
From the ground up, I managed end-to-end logistics: coordinating vendors, overseeing marketing materials including banners and signage, and maintaining cross-functional communication with sales and leadership teams. I developed and executed an email outreach strategy to drive attendance, and supported content distribution across the company website and social media channels.
On the day, every detail came together to deliver a structured, professional experience that clearly communicated the project's scale and positioning — an 846,000 sq ft industrial facility making its mark on the Greater Richmond market. The results spoke for themselves: ~80% attendance rate, new broker and economic development relationships established, and local media coverage secured.
