To introduce a new PNK Group industrial property to the Virginia market, I supported the planning and execution of an exclusive-broker event at a curated local restaurant, bringing together real estate brokers and acquisition teams for an evening designed to build relationships and drive awareness.

Working closely with the PNK Group team, I contributed across every stage: securing the venue, coordinating the budget, curating the menu, and designing printed marketing boards to showcase the property. On the night, I personally welcomed each guest, ensuring the experience felt warm, organized, and intentional from start to finish.

The follow-up was just as important — supporting outreach efforts that helped facilitate new relationships and added over 200 contacts to HubSpot CRM.
